Division III Skills USA, Welding, Welding Fabrication

The James F. Lincoln Arc Welding Foundation supports the nationally recognized SkillsUSA Program and World Skills International. These are hands-on programs designed to test the skills needed
for successful entry-level performance in given occupational fields. Entrants to the Welding competition compete as individuals, and Welding Fabrication contestants work in teams of three from each school.
Safety practices and procedures are part of every contestant’s score.
Both Welding and Welding Fabrication have Secondary and Postsecondary categories. They are open to active SkillsUSA members enrolled in programs with welding as the occupational objective.
SkillsUSA holds Regional, State and National competitions annually.

For complete rules and requirements, consult SkillsUSA.org.
The James F. Lincoln Arc Welding Foundation proudly supports SkillsUSA with:
- Monetary awards for state winners
- Monetary awards for national winners
